All consignments for shipping to Malaysia require a packing list or inventory. If you have chosen our packing service, then our export wrapping team will provide an inventory for you. If you have packed any boxes yourself, you will be required to provide a inventory for each box.

A copy of your passport picture page is also required, along with a UK collection address and also delivery address and telephone number.
You must be present in Malaysia at the time of arrival of your shipment at port, and you must import your goods within six months of arriving in Malaysia. Non Malaysian importers will be required to show their original passport to clear goods at customs.
Permits are required for shipping telecommunications equipment (fax machines, mobile phones etc) and all charges will apply for this application.
Videos, Dvd’s require Censor’s clearance and can be removed by Malaysian customs officials for inspection, the will be charges made by local authorities. Approx £50.00 per inspection. |

| Part Load shipments are mainly shipped through the ports detailed below, however this may vary. Dedicated containers will be shipped to the nearest sea port and we will be happy to advise you of transit times. |

| The times stated above are for time at sea, please also allow for customs clearance and delivery upon arrival at port. Again our move managers will be happy to advise on delivery times but as a general rule we would estimate 7-14 days for part load deliveries depending on the area in the Malaysia that delivery is to. Areas of East Malaysia can take an additional 25 days. |
